Booking and cancellation conditions

Booking Conditions

  1. A reservation becomes final upon receipt of the required deposit.
  2. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of the reservation date. If payment is not received within this period, the booking option will automatically expire.
  3. A deposit is required for both camping pitches and mobile homes.
  4. For mobile home reservations, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 months before the arrival date.
  5. For camping pitch reservations, the remaining balance may be paid during the stay at the campsite.
  6. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these booking and cancellation conditions.

Cancellation Conditions

  1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
  2. In the event of cancellation up to 2 months before the arrival date, the full deposit will be refunded.
  3. In the event of cancellation less than 2 months before the arrival date, the full reservation amount remains due.
  4. No refund will be granted in case of late arrival, early departure or no-show.

Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests take out cancellation insurance. This may provide coverage for costs resulting from an unexpected cancellation or interruption of the stay.
